Dr Wang graduated from the Second Military Medical University in Shanghai with a Ph.D. in Medicinal Chemistry. From 2012 to 2016, he completed postdoctoral research at Zhejiang University, focusing on the research, development, and industrialization of pesticides. Between 2017 to 2021, Dr Wang served as the General Manager at Shanghai Muse Health Tech, where he was specialized in the research and development of high-value generic drug API and intermediates, as well as their industrial production. Since 2022, he started his own company Shanghai Youhe Beide Pharmaceutical Technology. His representative projects include the intermediate A, B, and C fragments of Eribulin, STING Immune Stimulant, Apixaban, Rivaroxaban, Edoxaban, 2-Amino-6-chloropurine, Cyclen, and pesticides such as Oxadiazon, Metamitron, and Penoxsulam.
